Seasoned Seniors: Cruncy, cheesy mac

1 package Kraft Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Breakstone’s or Knudsen sour cream
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
6 Ritz crackers
1 tablespoon butter or margarine

1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Prepare macaroni and cheese dinner as directed on package. Stir in 1/2 cup shredded cheese, sour cream and pepper; spoon into 1-1/2 quart casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining shredded cheese.

SEASONED SENIORS: Blueberry Jello Salad

1 6oz. package raspberry Jello
1 tsp vinegar
1 can blueberries in syrup
1 small can crushed pineapple
8 oz sour cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
chopped pecans

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water and vinegar. Add fruit and mix; pour into a dish. Chill until firm. Combine rest of ingredients in bowl and spread over Jello. Refrigerate until set....
